Kingswood Farm HOA Pool Party, July 16, 2019

We are excited that we have such a nice pool and look forward to a great event to visit with our neighbors and their families. As we do so many things as a volunteer group, we are in need of volunteers for this event. Below are the needs:

A) Set up Crew -- Table and chairs set up prior to the event (arrive 45 min before the event - arrive at 4:15 pm) - Need 4 people

B) Grill cooks - work with the gas BBQ Grill -- Need 2 people (arrive 45 min before the event, normally cooking 30 min prior to event)

C) Greeter / Name Tag workers - Need 1-2 people (arrive 20 minutes before the event)

D) Tear Down / Pack Up crew (takes approx 30 minutes after the event) - Need 3-4 people.
