Memorial Day Pool Party - May 27, 2019 - Volunteer Registration

We are excited that we have such a nice pool and look forward to a great event to visit with our neighbors and their families. As we do so many things as a volunteer group, we are in need of volunteers for this event. Below are the needs:

A) Set up Crew -- Table and chairs set up prior to the event (arrive 1 hour before the event) - Need 4 people

B) Grill cooks - work with the gas BBQ Grill -- Need 2 people (arrive 1 hour before the event)

C) Greeter / Name Tag workers - Need 2 people (arrive 30 minutes before the event)

D) Ice / Food Runner - Need 1 person (coordinate with Pool Party Manager - about 3-4 hours prior to the event)

E) Tear Down / Pack Up crew (takes approx 30 minutes after the event) - Need 4 people
